Cheshire Dance are excited to be recruiting for a group of young people (aged 14-25) who identify as LGBTQIA+ to participate in Project #2: Queer Histories. 

The free programme is for young people who live in and around Chester, exploring queer history with partners such as Cheshire Archives, Storyhouse, Chester Pride, Silver Rainbows and more. There is no previous creative experience required to participate in the programme, we are simply looking for young people with interests in dance, drama, singing, writing, photography, film making, crafts, banner making... or any other, who want to gain knowledge of their history.

This is a FREE project for young people to attend, meet others and learn about their history. The project will culminate in an exhibition, which will be presented at Chester Pride 2023 and subsequently archived by Cheshire Archives.
