Our free counselling service provides a safe and affirming space to talk.

Our specialist LGBTQ+ counsellors offer confidential one-to-one support tailored to your needs. Available to residents of Cheshire West & Chester and Cheshire East, whether you’re exploring your gender identity, facing discrimination, or dealing with mental health challenges, we’re here to listen and support you.

The TransPositive social group meets on the second Tuesday of the month at Body Positive's base in Crewe. It's a safe and relaxed space with free refreshments. The group aims to make building new friendships easier. If you have something you want to speak to a worker about our staff and volunteers are on hand to help.

We’re looking for passionate people to help us create safe, affirming spaces for trans and non-binary people. Whether you want to facilitate a support group, provide peer mentoring, or assist with events, your support makes a huge impact.
