LGBTQ History Month Exhibition 2023

Weaver Hall Museum, Northwich February - April 2023

Silver Rainbows in partnership with Weaver Hall Museum return with their annual exhibition, revealing stories from Cheshire’s past and celebrating the LGBTQ community.

Silver Rainbows is a project that celebrates and seeks to improve the lives of older LGBTQ people in Cheshire, through a peer support network that offers a range of services by and for older LGBTQ people. Find out more on the Silver Rainbows website.

From Prejudice to Pride, the heritage project, collects memories, artifacts, oral histories and gathers historical documents together to highlight the broad history of LGBTQ people from Cheshire’s past. The project features exhibitions touring through the County during LGBTQ History Month each February.
